Can I still register to vote?
​The deadline to register for an election is 30 days before Election Day.

• Mail: Postmarked 30 days before Election Day.

• In-Person & Online: Must register no later than 30 days before Election Day.

How can I check if I'm registered to vote?
Check your registration status at voterlookup.ohiosos.gov.

Can I register if I'm not 18 years old?
To register to vote, you must be at least 18 years old on Election Day. This means you can vote in the Primary Election (March 19th, 2024) if you're 18 years old by the General Election (November 5th, 2024).

Can I register if I don't have a home address?
Yes. The address is used to assign voting districts. You can list a shelter, street, or park address you stay most often at.

What if I forget my ID on Election Day? Can I still vote?
If you forget or don't have your ID at polls on Election Day, you can cast a provisional ballot. Voters have up to 4 days to provide an acceptable form of identification to validate their identity. Once your eligibility is confirmed, your provisional ballot will be included in the election.

Can I still vote if I have a disability?
All voters, including those with disabilities, have the right to vote on Election Day. Voting in Ohio is accessible!

Can I still vote if I have a felony conviction?

• If you have a single felony conviction, you're eligible to vote after being released from incarceration.

• If you have 2 or more felony convictions, you're ineligible to vote.

• If you're currently incarcerated, you're ineligible to vote.
